Dr. Manali Makarand Kshirsagar, is distinguished academician and accomplished leader. She holds post graduate degree in Computer Science & Engineering and a Ph.D in Computer Science. She also possesses an M.B.A. in Finance & Marketing. Not only this , she is now pursuing an additional doctorate degree in Finance.

She has the specialization at the PG and Ph.D. level in Data Warehousing & Mining, Business Intelligence and Bioinformatics.

She has had an illustrious career as Director (Technical) and Advisor to the Meghe Group of Institutions with 33 years of experience in Industry and Academia. Her exemplary dedication to the education, research and institutional development has set a remarkable benchmark for future leaders.

Dr. Manali Makarand Kshirsagar is the first woman Vice-Chancellor of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) in its history of over 102-year and holding the responsibility from December 2025.
